Habits and behaviors are only accomplished through daily repetition. To help yourself set new habits or track specific behaviors, use this resource. Define the behavior you want to develop or track, then mark off the days you complete the behavior. Enter the date if you are tracking your frequency in completing specific tasks.
Examples of how to use this resource:
Behavior – Quit Smoking.
Purpose – To track how many days I can go without a cigarette.
Behavior – 5 contacts per day
Purpose – To make at least 5 contacts with customers or prospects each day.
